Review a finished visit that’s awaiting sign-off, and approve or disapprove it.

Before you start

  • You need the visits:visits/approve permission.
  • You cannot approve your own visits — only visits recorded by someone else.

Steps

  1. Open a finished visit that’s pending approval. The visit shows why it needs approval (for example: it wasn’t planned, the outcome was unsuccessful, or it was visited too soon after a prior visit).
  2. Review the questionnaire answers, locations, samples, and expenses — all read-only from this screen.
  3. Choose Approve or Disapprove. Anyone watching this visit is notified.

What can go wrong

You don’t see Approve/Disapprove on a visit. Either the visit belongs to you (you can’t approve your own visits), or your role doesn’t hold the approve permission.
